Let's Get Engaged!

Why Employee Engagement Training?

Employee engagement is one of the most important organizational focuses for successful organizations, but it's still quite misunderstood as a concept. That's why many are looking for ways to improve it. It's a topic on the mind of many human resources and people operations departments, and its popularity has grown immensely over the past 15 years.

As a matter of fact, if you did a quick google search on the term "employee engagement" - the results showed 228,000,000 results (0.72 seconds)!
Employee engagement is based on trust, integrity, two-way commitment and communication between an organization and its members. It is an approach that increases the chances of business success, contributing to organizational and individual performance, productivity and well-being, and it can be measured. Employee engagement varies from poor to great. It can be nurtured and dramatically increased; it can be lost and thrown away.

Employee engagement is a key competitive differentiator in the modern business landscape, and it's not surprising that highly-engaged teams perform much better than their counterparts.

Too often, leaders and managers become so involved with the day-to-day operations that little attention is paid to employee engagement until it's too late.  This module provided insights into hiring for the best fit as well as how to retain top talent once they are 'married' into the company.
William Brookville

It is always a challenge to pinpoint what is undermining the individuals within the team. This module provided ways to perform swift analysis of individual engagement, motivation and happiness, and showed how each person fit into the team and could be best served by their manager.
