Habits are the cornerstone of success and failure. Did you know that around 40-45% of everything we do on a daily basis is habitual?  Think this through for a second and evaluate your habits:

  • Do they empower or disempower you?
  • Do they limit or free you?
  • Do they help or hinder you from reaching your goals?


Routines and habits are part of everyone’s lifestyle.  How often have you thought ‘if only I could stop time’ or ‘if only I had another hour in the day’? Basically, you want superpowers. Crafting and utilizing good habits and routines in your life IS that superpower!  Routines and habits allow you to build environments to do everything with high efficiency.  And when habits and routines are defined by a specific goal, that focus guides the prioritization of all your daily choices. 

This second module in the three-part series focuses on creating powerful intentions and good habits.  Upon completion, you will be able to clearly identify:

BACKGROUND:
Vicki has served in many training & development, sales, coaching, mentoring and leadership roles over the last 30+ years. The majority of her experience comes from working in post-secondary education, where her passion for helping others reach their “lightbulb moment” was born.
